This is a 10 day course that covers both the theory and practical skills needed to complete and manage a project from start to finish.


5 Day Hands On - This part of the course will teach you the basic skills in:-

•    Cutting – techniques and tools
•    Fixing    - correct use of adhesive
•    Adhesives – type and suitability
•    Grouting – getting a great finish
•    Preparation – setting out, specifying and estimating

5 Day Knowledge and Demos – this will give you the skills to manage all aspects of a tiling project:-

•    Design – Preparation of anti facture membranes/tanking and tile types and their appropriate uses;
•    Specify – Learn about the benefits of using different adhesives and different materials;
•    Resource – Materials from the right manufacturers and distributors at trade prices;
•    Estimate – Costs of materials and labour.
