What made you decide that you wanted to be a tiler?
A friend of mine is a tiler.

Why did you choose The Master Tiling School?
As I live in Durham it was a big decision for me when there are schools nearer home that I could have attended, however, they only offered 4-week courses. The 8-week course gave me better practice and more time to train.

What did you think of the training at The Master Tiling School?
Excellent! The trainers were brilliant full stop. At times the wait was a little long if I needed help as there were 16 students in the school when I was training.

How did you feel once you left the school?
Nervous but I knew I had a good grounding, I followed the ethics I was taught and I improved more and more as time went on.

What have you achieved since leaving the school and what do you think the future holds for you?
I’m now into my 3rd year being self-employed. I bought a transit connect van with cash and I employ another tiler and have just treated myself to a new Mercedes Benz. I enjoy being my own boss and I am sure the future will be bright.
