This is a one week course that can be completed in one of two ways.  You can choose to opt for the “hands on” or the hands off” approach, whether you are looking to tile the project yourself or manage a project from start to finish we can give you the skills to do so.


5 Day Hands On Course - This course will teach you the basic skills in:-

•    Cutting – techniques and tools
•    Fixing    - correct use of adhesive
•    Adhesives – type and suitability
•    Grouting – getting a great finish
•    Preparation – setting out, specifying and estimating

5 Day Knowledge and Demos Course – this will give you the skills to manage all aspects of a tiling project:-

•    Design – Preparation of anti facture membranes/tanking and tile types and their appropriate uses;
•    Specify – Learn about the benefits of using different adhesives and different materials;
•    Resource – Materials from the right manufacturers and distributors at trade prices;
•    Estimate – Costs of materials and labour.
